Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from djentlemanCollectz, so we've ensured to provide a fair and responsive way to reassure customers that their purchases will always be protected and have someone they can communicate with if any issues or concerns were to arise.

Here's what you need to know about our return policy:

Due to the nature of sealed product and cards, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. That being said there are exceptions.

Wrong Item

In the unfortunate case that you receive the wrong item, we will take full responsibility and make it right. Email us at info@djentlemancollectz.com to let us know of the situation and begin your return request.

Damage, Missing Items, or Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48-hours if your order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or not in the condition it was described. Inquiries made after 48 hours of receiving the order will not be eligible for refunds or replacements. Email us at info@djentlemancollectz.com to let us know of the situation so we can assist you and proceed with your return request.

Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unaltered. If your item does not meet these conditions we cannot accept your return request, so please be sure to inspect your order carefully upon receiving it.

Accepted Returns / Refunds 

If your return request is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@djentlemancollectz
.com. Items sent back to us before requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made. Email info@djentlemancollectz.com with the subject line "CANCEL REQUEST". If your order has already been shipped, cancel requests will not be accepted, so please double check your order to make sure you selected the correct items.
